Thermography

Infrared thermography is one of the technologies offered by Reliability Testing Services, Inc. Thermography provides a visual picture of temperatures over an area and is useful in locating deteriorating components prior to their entering a failure mode. Thermography offers an immediate payback in the area of machine reliability, as well as access to real time temperature data for most process applications.

Skin Surveys

Skin surveys are extremely useful in exposing areas of damaged or missing insulation and refractory. Hot exhaust gas leaks are also evident. This type of information is essential in making informed, data driven decisions!
